Refund of Deposit
A refund of a deposit will be made if sufficient notice is given to Park management either by telephone or email. 72 hours is considered sufficient notice for a full refund of deposit.
For bookings during Queensland School Holidays, Easter, Christmas/New Year and High Season (1 June - 31 September), 30 days notice must be given. For cancellations within 30 days the deposit will be retained & in the event that the booking is able to be resold, the deposit will be refunded. Where a cancellation is necessary all concerns are dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.
Refund of Fully Paid Accommodation/Site Charges At All Times
Accommodation/Site Charges:
In the event of accommodation being paid for and not fully utilised, that is the guest leaves of their own accord, earlier than the booked departure date, a refund of those charges will be made if the unused portion of the booking can be resold or vacancies exist in the same category of accommodation. Where a booking must be shortened all concerns are dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.
