Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund of Deposit
A refund of a deposit will only be made if sufficient notice is given to Park management either by telephone or email.
For bookings during Queensland School Holidays, Easter, Christmas/New Year and High Season (1 June - 31 September), 30 days notice must be given. For cancellations within 30 days the deposit will be retained. In the event that the booking is able to be resold, the deposit may be refunded less a $10.00 administration fee.
At all other times, 72 hours is considered sufficient notice for a full refund of deposit.
Refund of Fully Paid Accommodation/Site Charges At All Times
Accommodation:
In the event of accommodation being paid for and not fully utilised, that is the guest leaves of their own accord, earlier than the booked departure date, a refund of those charges will only be made if the unused portion of the booking can be resold or vacant villas/cabins are available in the same category.
Site Charges:
In the event of a site being paid for and not fully utilised, that is the guest leaves of their own accord, earlier than the booked departure date, a refund of those charges will only be made if the unused portion of the booking can be resold or vacancies within the powered/camping areas are available.
