This Code of Conduct describes how BIG4 Atherton Woodlands Tourist Park relates to its employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and the community. BIG4 Atherton Woodlands Tourist Park is committed to promoting integrity and maintaining the highest standard of ethical conduct in all of its activities. The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to provide a common behavioural framework for all BIG4 Atherton Woodlands Tourist Park personnel which recognises social responsibility, complies with applicable laws and standards, and is in keeping with the spirit of continual improvement. BIG4 Atherton Woodlands Tourist Park recognises that respect in all working relationships is fundamental in building team spirit and function. Harassing, discriminating, demeaning and offensive behaviour is not tolerated in the workplace. Any employee who commits a violent act or threatens to commit a violent act towards other persons or property at work or a work related event, will be subject to disciplinary action. This action may culminate in dismissal from employment, exclusive of any other civil remedy or criminal penalty that might be pursued if appropriate and in accordance with the award. It is the responsibility of every employee, supervisor and manager to take any threat or violent act seriously, and to report these to the management of BIG4 Atherton Woodlands Tourist Park.

In this regard, we are very excited to announce that we have applied for "Rainbow Accreditation" under our current Accreditation program. The Rainbow Accreditation Program recognises businesses who demonstrate operational leadership and professionalism by treating staff and guests in the same non-discriminatory manner and provide a safe comfortable environment for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender travellers.
As our accreditation takes shape we will do our very best to ensure that we have relevant information available at all times for these travellers to ensure they feel welcome to our Park and to our region.
